text-wrap: wrap;">一、有礼祭扫树新风。践行“亲有礼”“仪有礼”，传承尊老、孝老、爱老的传统美德，树立生前孝亲胜于重殓厚葬观念，提倡长辈在世时多敬孝、过世后不搞大操大办，推进移风易俗，让逝者欣慰、让生者无憾，树立文明礼仪新风。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; margin-bottom: 8px; text-wrap: wrap;">二、网络祭扫传美德。倡导网络祭扫、代为祭扫，通过网上献花、撰颂祭文、缅怀恩情等方式寄托对先辈的哀思。积极参与“网上祭英烈”活动，表达对先烈的崇敬之心、感念之情、传承之志。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; margin-bottom: 8px; text-wrap: wrap;">三、绿色祭扫护环境。贯彻绿色发展理念，倡导以敬献鲜花、植树绿化、踏青遥祭、经典诵读等绿色环保的形式祭奠先人。抵制低俗祭祀用品和迷信行为，不焚香烧纸，不燃放鞭炮，做到不污染环境、不影响他人生活。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1429em; text-wrap: wrap;">四、平安祭扫错高峰。及时了解当地清明祭扫相关规定和要求，密切关注天气和交通情况，合理安排祭扫时间，错峰错时祭扫，避免人流拥挤，遵守交通规则，文明行车，做到安全出行、平安祭扫。</p></section></section><section style="text-align: justify;"><p> </p></section><section style="margin-top: 15px;
