margin-bottom: 20px; margin-left: auto; font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Tahoma, SimSun;">“快把救生圈给我！”楼加云一边接过救生圈，一边将外套和手机扔往亲水平台台阶上。楼加云将救生圈抛向正在水中挣扎的女子，但落水女子<strong><span style="color: #d32a63;">惊恐中没能抓住救生圈。</span></strong></p><p style="margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 20px; margin-left: auto; font-size: 16px; font-family: 微软雅黑, Tahoma, SimSun;">楼加云深谙水上救人常识，他游到落水女子身后，伸手将女子左手抬高的同时，将救生圈套在了女子身上，紧接着将女子的右手抓到救生圈上。岸边的楼守行、朱云丽和闻声赶到的城管队员龚林勇3人共同配合将女子拉上了岸。</p><p style="margin-right: auto;
