cursor: text; font-size: 16px; caret-color: #ff0000; text-indent: 2em; font-family: mp-quote, -apple-system-font, BlinkMacSystemFont, Arial, sans-serif;"><span style="color: #000000;">此次获奖的<strong>“永磁电涡流阻尼减振缓冲耗能新技术研发与应用”</strong>，由湖南大学陈政清院士牵头，华旭刚作为第二完成人参与。历时16年，项目组团队攻克了耗能密度低、高速工作时性能退化等技术瓶颈，研发了永磁电涡流阻尼减振缓冲耗能新技术与装备。该技术显著特点在于其非摩擦性、无需密封设计、结构简化、长寿命及高可靠性，并广泛应用于上海中心大厦、江阴长江大桥、杭瑞高速洞庭湖悬索桥、川藏铁路藏木桥等共计120余项大型工程。其应用范围横跨土木、电力、工程机械等多个行业，而且在前沿领域的研究亦取得初步进展。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;
