line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; display: block;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;">义乌市政府质量奖是义乌市政府设立的最高质量荣誉，旨在激励在本市质量工作中取得卓越绩效的组织，引导各行各业改进质量管理、追求卓越绩效，推动全市经济社会高质量发展。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; display: block;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;">义乌市政府质量奖设2个奖项，即“义乌市政府质量奖”及“义乌市政府质量管理创新奖”。“质量奖”获奖组织每家奖励100万元，“创新奖”获奖组织每家奖励30万元。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; display: block;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;">具体申报条件如下——</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; display: block;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;">1.在义乌市行政区域内注册登记并正常运营3年以上；</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; display: block;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;">2.生产经营符合国家、省、市有关法律法规、强制性标准和产业政策要求；</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; display: block;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;">3.质量基础工作扎实，通过质量管理体系认证和环境管理体系认证，实施卓越绩效管理满2年，主要经济指标和社会贡献程度居市内同行业前列，技术、服务和质量指标达到国内领先或国际先进水平；</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px; display: block;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;">4.切实履行社会责任，依法诚信经营，具有良好的信用记录和社会信誉，近3年在各级质量安全监督检查中未出现不合格，无较大质量、安全、环境污染等事故及其他因违反法律法规受到行政处罚的行为等要求。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;
