line-height: 2; letter-spacing: 1px;"><p> </p><p>不久前，永辉超市董事叶国富在2025年度供应商大会上表示，永辉超市未来要坚持“学习胖东来”自主调改，今年将完成超200家门店调改。<span style="color: #ff8124;"><strong>此前，省内已有杭州滨江宝龙城店、临平万达广场店、温州龙湾万达店三家永辉超市的门店完成调改，义乌永辉尚属金华首家</strong></span>。</p><p> </p><p>4月7日下午，记者从永辉超市义乌吾悦广场店了解到，该门店自去年12月全面启动“学习胖东来”调改计划，今年春节后获得集团批复，待门店商品出清后，将有一支10人左右的团队携赴胖东来深入考察学习的经验，来到义乌开展具体调改工作。</p><p> </p><p>“完成调改后，店内将下架超80%的商品，取而代之的是与胖东来相符的货品。同时，更加精细化过滤商品价格，保证实实在在的商品定价。”该店相关负责人表示。</p><p> </p></section><section style="text-align: center; line-height: 2; letter-spacing: 1px;"><p> </p><p>此外，超市还将扩大鲜食区域，提供更多精细化的鲜食服务，同时缩小一些日用百货的区域，设置更多便民服务区、休闲娱乐区，为义乌市民带来更多“胖式体验”。</p><p> </p><p><span style="color: #ff8124;"><strong>值得一提的是，调改后该门店的服务人员不减反增：员工数量将从原先的80人左右增加至180人左右，普通员工待遇也将从月薪3200元提升至4600元以上，并且满一年即可享受10天的带薪年假。</strong></span></p><p> </p><p>“此次门店调改，<strong>我们与超市方面将合计斥资超2000万元</strong>，在商场一层增设一部直通超市的扶梯，并在配套招引、政策服务等方面给予支持。”义乌吾悦广场企划经理叶春蕊说。</p><p> </p><p>有业内人士认为，去年7月入驻义乌的首家盒马鲜生门店的持续火热，对义乌各大超市综合竞争力与市场份额造成一定冲击，促使这些商超调改求变。</p><p> </p><p>“学习胖东来，重要的是学习商超品牌的利他理念，顾客为上理念，善待员工理念，不是简单的照搬照学，还是要有浙江特色、义乌特色，才可避免水土不服。”上述业内人士表示，永辉超市义乌吾悦广场店的“胖改”成效如何，仍有待两个月后市场检验。</p></section></section></section><section style="height: auto;
