padding: 0px; color: #333333; font-size: 16px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; font-family: 微软雅黑, Tahoma, SimSun;">数据显示，3月全市平均气温12.8℃，较常年同期偏高0.9℃。月内气温起伏大，有两次强冷空气过程，分别为3月2～3日和27～28日，日平均气温的过程降温幅度为15～17℃，达到寒潮级别。冷空气影响前的2日、25～27日暖湿气流强盛，白天最高气温均升至30℃以上，其中26日大部升至32～34℃，义乌国家气象站达33.7℃，为历史同期第二高。冷空气影响后气温显著下降，7～8日早晨最低气温降至1～3℃、山区-1℃，29～30日白天最高气温降至10℃以下，部分山区还出现雨夹雪或雪。12～15日有一次弱冷空气影响过程。</p><p style="margin: 0px auto 20px; font-size: 16px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; font-family: 微软雅黑, Tahoma, SimSun;">另外，降水方面，3月义乌市降水仍偏少，累计降水量103.5毫米，较常年同期偏少27.6%。月内主要降水过程有3次，均伴有强对流出现，3日北部地区出现中到大雨，并伴有强雷电、短时强降水、局地7～8级雷雨大风；12日夜里到13日全市普降中到大雨，伴有强雷电和短时强降水；26日后半夜至27日，出现雷阵雨天气，有中到大雨，伴有强雷电、8～9级雷雨大风。</p><p style="margin: 0px auto 20px; padding: 0px; color: #333333; font-size: 16px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; font-family: 微软雅黑, Tahoma, SimSun;">义乌市气象台首席预报员符仙月表示：“<strong><span style="color: #0c8918;">今年以来义乌市气温偏高，降水偏少，冷空气活动比较频繁。</span></strong>目前赤道中东太平洋处于拉尼娜状态并快速衰减，这些都增大了义乌市汛期气候的多变性和复杂性。<strong><span style="color: #d82821;">预计今年汛期气象灾害偏重，极端天气事件多发，梅雨期有暴雨，台风影响较重，盛夏高温热浪偏强。</span></strong>”</p><p style="margin: 0px auto 20px;
